Program: 10 Weeks - 10 Weekends - 15 Practices - 3 Weekend Tournaments - Plus Exhibition Games
1 Hour of Dryland per weekend. Before or after practice.
A total of 20 hours of on ice sessions and 8 hours of professional off ice coordination, strength, conditioning and stick handling training. Off ice sessions take place between skates.

4 Hours Skill Development
4 hours of Goalie Skills
